Meet Cordelia
Antenatal and postnatal pelvic health physiotherapy
Clinically led antenatal and postnatal pelvic health physiotherapy from an HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist, qualified in 2013, with extensive NHS and private practice experience.
Cordelia combines her private clinic experience with specialist pelvic health knowledge gained through NHS practice, supporting women through pelvic health concerns, postnatal recovery, and a confident return to the activities that matter most.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, combining clinical expertise with calm, considered care tailored to each individual.
As both a physiotherapist and a mum of two, she understands that recovery needs to be realistic, achievable and integrated into everyday life.
